These Mobile Terms apply to your enrollment in the Miele Appliance Repair New York text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

The Program sends transactional and service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide when you book an appointment or otherwise opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations, technician arrival windows, dispatch notifications, post-service follow-ups, and warranty reminders.

2. Consent

When you provide your mobile number through our booking form, by phone, or in person and agree to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS and MMS messages from Miele Appliance Repair New York at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You should expect no more than 8 messages per month.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Miele Appliance Repair New York does not charge for sending or receiving messages.

5. How to opt out

You may cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP keyword we will send a confirmation and no longer send you messages through the Program. To re-enroll, text START or re-submit a booking form.

7. Supported carriers

Available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We use the information you provide to send Program messages and coordinate your appointment. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third-party marketers. See our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell My Info.
